The microfinance business is for enterprises related to agriculture, farmer and rural area, and for farmers, privately-owned business and middle/small-sized enterprises. It includes various small loans provided within the city of Qingdao, consulting on small enterprise development, management, and financial issues. The business also covers equity investment business (total investment amount not greater than 30% of registered capital) and entrust loans. Mortgage business: land, real estate (including residential, villas, outlets, offices, etc.) and other lending business, sum of single business between 100,000 and 15,000,000 Yuan.
Entrust loan business: Provide platform services to the outside world. The fund holders can entrust our company to handle the mortgage of their designated customers and the equity pledge business.
