We will provide customized financial leasing services based on the customer's industry and the equipment they need. It is mainly used when customers start new projects, expand production, upgrade their technology, and have the financing needs to purchase new equipment in the short term and need to purchase assets as soon as possible. The main business categories include direct leasing and after-sales leaseback.
1. Direct leasing business:
It is mainly used when customers start new projects, expand production, upgrade technology, and have the financing needs to purchase new equipment. We mainly fund new direct rent through our own funds, bank loans and shareholder loans. As the lessor, we will purchase specific assets from the equipment supplier under the lease agreement in accordance with the instructions issued by the lessee, which will last for 2-3 years.
2. Sales and leaseback business:
The customer purchases the specific assets directly from the equipment supplier with their own funds. After that, we purchase the equipment from the customer as the lessor. We purchase the assets from the customer based on 50% of the net value after depreciation of the equipment, and lease the equipment back to the customer in exchange for regular lease payments, this type of business is for 2-3 years.
